What House Cleaning Actually Costs in Seguin

If you search what house cleaning costs around here, you mostly get an hourly average pulled from a directory. It's not wrong exactly, but it doesn't tell you what your house costs. And most cleaning companies won't give you a number at all until you've filled out a form and waited on a callback.
I'd rather just tell you. Here's what I charge in Seguin, by the size of the house.

Those are ranges, not a bill. Where you land in a range depends on how the house is actually living right now. A three-bedroom that gets cleaned every two weeks is a different job than the same house after a long summer with kids and a dog. I'd rather quote you honestly after I've seen it than surprise you.
What each one actually means
A standard clean is the regular rhythm. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and the details that make a house feel kept. This is what most of my recurring clients book, weekly, every other week, or monthly.
A deep clean is top to bottom. Baseboards, blinds, inside the oven and fridge, grout, vents, the places a regular clean doesn't reach. People book it as a one-time reset, or as the first visit before starting a regular schedule. It takes longer, which is why it costs more.
A move-in or move-out clean is an empty house. Cabinets inside and out, appliances, closets, windows and tracks, floors. It's the one people book before a closing, at the end of a lease, or when they're taking keys to something brand new. Seguin is building fast enough that this is a good chunk of my week.
Why I don't charge by the hour
An hourly rate punishes you for having a clean house and it punishes me for working quickly. You'd end up watching the clock and I'd end up explaining it. A price for the job is simpler for both of us. You know what it costs before I start, and I can take the time to do it right.
